Has Anyone Had Problems With EntireWeb Newsletter Advertising?

I bought advertising space on the Entireweb Newsletter for
Dec 5 2006 right column.
I uploaded my banner to be used.
When the news letter came out - no ad!
They have not answered any of my inquires or
mediation attempts through PayPal.
Is this an ongoing problem?
Has this happened to anyone else?
Please give me your input on this problem.
